Akasha Akasha, OK, I am not going to read anyone else's answers till I give mine, because I may be the odd one out. I don't want to be treated like any of the options. I just want to be treated with respect, just as I would treat any boy (or girl) of mine. I am about as home grown as they come, I do not like to be made a fuss over and I hate to be worshiped, in the traditional sense. I like play! Lots of laughing! Lots of huggies and cuddlies and open honest communication. Nothing gets my groove on more than a boy standing before me with his heart held out to me, knowing I will not crush it. I love the openness and innocence of the young <shrugs>. If he can make me laugh while he is cleaning my home and doing my laundry, then I will keep him happy for a long time. He would want for nothing. If he brings me my first cup of coffee with a rose between his teeth <swoons> he would be well petted for that :) I am simple and I like to keep my life simple, that includes my relationships. I am also a hippie flower girl, so the more down to earth my boy is the better I would receive him. Good question!

I prefer Empress as an ideal...does it happen? Rarely. Who I really am is someone who emcompasses all three and more. I'd like someone who can see me as a whole and assess my true worth as a result. My moods vary, as does my dominating style...whether in scene, or RL. To be honest with you, I'm sick and God/dessdamned tired of people trying to fit me in a little box and have been for a longass time. Sometimes I come home and want a hot bubble bath waiting with flower petals, candles and a glass of wine. And presents, dammit! Sometimes I come home and want to beat the living f!%k out of someone, make them cry, scream and bleed, then kick them as they lay in a heap. Sometimes I come home and want to rip someone's clothes off, as well as my own and f!%k them silly right there, then be left alone for the rest of the night. Sometimes I come home and just want to curl up against someone and cry and have that be okay...to not feel weakened by doing so. Most of the time, I wish all of the above options were possible, but they aren't...at least not so far. I don't know (and am starting to despair) if I'll ever find the one that will know me so well that my needs will be anticipated; based on my tone of voice in the, "I'm on my way home.", phone call. *I have known many men and had many good partners, but I have never met anyone who I feel has even wanted* to know me that well.**

As stated, yes, this is a question that has been around more than once. I think I'll have to answer it in the way I always do. I don't think I would ever be happy just being a sadist. I also doubt I'd be happy just being served. I need both to be complete. I could never chose one over the other because they are both part of who I am. At certain times I might favor one over the other. I might be in a mood where one is preferred. Yet, I doubt I would be happy for long if either of these things were absent. It's like anything else. I can't take parts away from something, and have that thing still be whole. It's the same with a person. I can't take parts of Me away and still be who I am.

I should perhaps say, too -- and I really don't mean this as a challenge, though perhaps I wouldn't mind if someone took it that way [;)] -- that I've been disappointed in the level of sadism I've found in the Dominant women I've had the chance to play with in the last couple of years. It's not that they can't or won't inflict a fair amount of pain, but they seem...well, overly concerned that I'm enjoying myself. I think this may well be erring on the side of caution, as in all cases it was fairly casual play with someone I did not know very well, and with whom I did not have any formal D/s relationship, and that is probably smart. But every now and then, it'd be nice to get the feeling that they really enjoy seeing me suffer, as opposed to enjoying seeing me get off on a pain fetish. (It's been tough finding anyone who wants to go anywhere near as far as I'd like with bondage, too, but that's a somewhat seperate complaint. :))

Uhm, I like to be spoiled, pampered and adored like a prince ;) And it doesn't hurts if she asks me things like "May I hurt you please?" It's so fucking romantic to feed her with my pain and suffering, but as you all know, there's no free lunch :D

I think of myself as pretty submissive but not very masochistic. Speaking in terms of absolutes will never bring truth, but I would tend to prefer someone who leans more towards the princess archetype. Some light pain can be a good thing, but once it turns into pure sadism and intense pain I lose interest and my natural instincts to not want to be in pain take over.

I'd say somewhere between Princess and Sadist. I'm just not that much into pampering and fawning, kinda irritates me....but I like to be amused and entertained. Sort of a bored, mischevious Princess who likes to play rough with her toys but doesn't want to break them.

I guess from my point of view, I like to adore a lovingly, sadistic Queen. I am not into bratty, so that would eliminate a Princess for me. I like a woman who knows who she is, what she is and how she wishes to be treated and how she wishes to treat others. There is nothing more pleasing to me then to see my Queen standing over me with her foot on my chest holding her riding crop in her hand and hear her tell me she is going to whip me. I know that i am exiciting her, pleasing her and she enjoys inflicting pain.

And I have been known to go further with bondage than what the requester had bargained for. But, in answer to the OP's question, I am a Queen with a serious sadistic side. ;)
