I was just pondering this...I remember I saw it on a t-shirt once.

But on to the meat of this mindless post....do people really get worked up about typos and grammar in the message boards? As the proud holder of a degree in English, I promise I know this stuff like the back of my hand.

But here's the thing...I just don't give a hoot. I type fast and punctuation slows me down....I almost always type the word "have" as "ahve" - I really really do know that the "h" comes first....my fingers forget sometimes.

Yes, I've got WAY too much time on my hands this fine morning.

You started a sentence with the word 'but', twice.

yes, people get worked up over "stuff". i odn't necesarily mind spelling errors, but when people use stupid words like "u" and "ur", it just annoys the hell out of me. your mileage may vary...what annoys one wont' bother another.

Ah, but judging by the number of people who use spelling, grammar and punctuation as weapons during some of the verbal sparring (pissing) matches that take place in here, apparently they feel really good when pulled out of the ass.
