I've been on the search to find a slave for the longest and still haven't found any? Is there a special way to approach a slave or a place to pick them up. Cheers

You do realize when it boils down to it, you are trying to attract a person for a relationship. Start with that, then worry about trying to master someone.

Status: offline 		  Having a profile will help you a lot when picking up a slave. How can you expect to find what you're looking for when you can't even put the thought into writing a sentence about the kind of man you are or the kind of woman you're looking for. Also, personally, I'd be wary of a switch looking for a slave.
To me, it either means that:
a) he'll want me to dom sometimes (which I'm not keen on doing)
b) he'll want to play with others (which ain't happening)
c) there's something I can't give him (a bad start to a relationship)
d) he's in this for sex (not my thing).

  Also, be warned, there are considerably more men than women in the lifestyle. It's going to be relatively difficult to find a girl, and it's going to take time. Be patient, write a thoughtful profile, and suss out what you're looking for.
or e) he doesn't know what he wants (in which case, not interested).

I'm not certain this is true.  There are certainly far more men than women registered on web sites like CollarMe, but doing this real time?  I've never counted, but aren't more than half the message board posters female, mostly female submissives?  Also, I haven't seen a dramatic imbalance between the sexes at the events I've been to.

Status: offline 		Okay, I've been in a Dominant relationship with most of the women I've known in the last decade. If they weren't subs they were when I was done. And, I understand the profile needs re-writing and it is trying to meet someone so there's all the amenities and social skills required for that. But there's no response to enquiries here. I know,from friends that women are inundated with requests and I'm not sure being here will allow me to be found among the masses of people out there looking. I'm in a position to have a pet, slave fucktoy etc and know that she's whatever I tell her she is. I treat her well, and have past toys still wanting me. I want one that I want and I haven't found her yet. Perhaps I need to turn it over to the professinals and pay a finders fee?

Don't give your word unless you can keep it, once having given it do keep it come hell or high water.
Be respectful.
Be on time.
Be interested in her as a person.
Share her interests, care about her well being.
Be able to model those behaviors you want her to have. Expecting her to keep your place spotless when you throw dirty clothes everywhere won't get what you want.

Make sure you stick your hand out so they can sniff you first or you could get bitten. 

And when you pick them up, place your hands underneath their belly and chest, and cradle them close so they feel secure.  Oh wait, that's a puppy............ nevermind.
