Sure. The most important thing to know is -- why do you want to dominate?

I am probably even newer to the idea of being a dom than u are, yet I know already exactly why I would wish to do so. I think it would be an excellent way to become more assertive in daily life, by practicing on willing participants who wont judge you harshly if u fumble, and will love it when u do it right.
I believe that if u have any self confidence issues, as I have, then a concerted effort to become dominant in a controlled setting can only serve to help resolve them and make u a happier, healthier and more capable individual.

GOTHIC6ROSE6VAMP, you might want to attend some of your local munches and get to know folks who are active in your area. Do a little networking, and you might find someone compatible who can guide you.

Here is one group which meets in London and also Kitchener/Waterloo

Here is a mail list for your area:

Rule Number One: You cannot manage the life of another if yours is in disarray.

Rule Number Two: Be very clear in what it is you seek and why you want to be a Dom/me

Rule Number Three: Don't take your self too seriously, at the end of the day, we are after all quite human

Rule Number Four: Respect the desires of others, though they may be different from your own, they are no less desires

Good Luck, CM has much valuable advice--

MH00314,

Excellently put. As to your rule number 1, I have asked new dominants who wish to learn this question: Who is the first person you have to learn to dominate? Rarely, do I hear the answer "myself."
