After reading the thread I find that I can help some more.

Guys, first you take your mouse and left click, highlighting the stuff you want to cut. Then you do a control C, go to where you want to place the text and control P. TADAAAAAAAAAAA!

yes and they dont even view your profile but rather they use some program to mass email everyone or as many as possible.  unless there is an option on cm that sends multiple recipients that im not aware of.

Pardon me but since when is a one word email is "good enough?" If you do a simple search you will see that a large number of complaining is getting a one word or one line email from another is just as bad as a form email. Use a bit of logic and realize that it's not strictly up to the dom to write and that the sub should do some work and write also.
