I'm submissive to women deep in my soul. I wonder if someone would have a theory that would explain why each time i imagine myself in a situation where a dominant woman would make me a slave or degrade me, my heartbeat starts to pound totally out of control in my chest? Whenever it's when i imagine it, that someone openly expresses to me the wish to take advantage of me, or when i'm concretely being abused, i unmistakably feel my breathing coming more difficult, my heartbeat pump much faster, as if fear was the motor urging me to submit myself blindly?

Yes. It is called excitement. As far as "submitting yourself blindly", let's hope you do not do this. You must be keenly aware of what you are getting yourself into. Don't allow those butterflies and heart beats over-rule your senses.

Well, i think it comes from a lack of self-esteem somewhat. I've always felt the need or urge to please others. Even if that means sometimes to allow some people to take advantage of me, assaulting my dignity..The fact i think is that even if i need to be treated like a human being (loved and cherished), my need to please is greater than the way i am treated. For example, if a dominant woman obviously enjoys making me do degrading things, then i will feel happy to know i'm useful to her and appreciated..She could make me drink her Golden nectar..If i strongly feel that's what she wants, i'll be totally happy with it.

Ah, but it is consentual. You see the difference? You are not asking to be abused, you are asking to be used, for your pleasure as well as your Domina's. Big difference. If you want to be used and you have given consent to a Domina to use you, then I see no harm in what she does, providing it is within the guidelines of what y'all have discussed in advance.

I understand now..And i appreciate your time to answer me..Sometimes, it's not so easy to understand as some would think to..Yes, i need consensual and mutual complicity to feel well...This is the real challenge: to find the right Mistress for me..One who will share the same interests in this kind of relationship..So it's not financial slavery to get BDSM services...It's much more than that..A true love relationship for long term..

Yes, somehow i enjoy it..But when it happens, i can tell you i feel all shaken inside..It's a little when you suddenly feel a striking attraction for someone..You feel all upside down...That's exactly how i feel..My titles are too long?

FR:  Well, it sounds like atrial fibrillation.  You might want to remove your hand from your penis long enough to phone a physician.

The reasons for such a response are different for different people, and you will know best what creates this response for you.

I don't think the desire to please, or the desire to be treated in a way that is generally considered unwanted necessarily come from lack of self esteem.

I think the desire to please exists in many people. For some people, it is a way of expressing affection or regard. For some people, pleasing another brings spiritual gratification.

In my opinion, the desire to be treated in a lesser way comes from masochism. Masochism can cause physical, sexual, and mental arousal.
