I see you're into role-playing and maid/butler service.
One thing you can do is to adopt character roles that you act out for the whole day. This could be anything from Victorian lady and her servant to glamour queen and her assistant. Have him draw you a bath with the works -- candles, incense, music, wine -- whatever you like. Afterward, he'll help you dress, do your hair, and prepare to go out. Dress the part!
Next, visit your favorite cafe for a late lunch and order for him or have him order for you, whichever you prefer. It's his job to make sure you never have to wait for anything, such as drink refills. You shouldn't even have to wait for your server to return, your sub should be on top if it. After lunch, take him to a movie he's been wanting to see or go shopping. Shopping is more fun, IMO, because then he has to carry all the packages, including your purse. Make him do things like fetch you something to drink or fan you with a notebook. If you have a real hand-held fan for him to use, so much the better. And, of course, he always opens all the doors for you.
By the time you come home, he should be well into the proper mindset for whatever kinky fun you both enjoy. Have fun and happy birthday to him.
