I have been trying to log into my collarme.com account. each time i do it keeps returning me to the home page to login again and when i try going to the support page it automatically forwards to the age verification page and request me to login again. It appears to be an endless loop. I will check here for info and contact info on other options to look at or try. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You for your time

That happens to me with my desktop pc, I can't get to 'the other side' at all. I wish I had an answer but at least you aren't the only one! Yup it just bounces me off the age verification page over and over. And over. Thankfully my laptop doesn't have that problem. I wondered if it was a browser issue (desktop have IE) or my Trend Micro?
Laptop has FireFox and Trend Micro.
