Men are closer to the surface, and don't have vagianal muscle to help do the duty, and have this system (the fulcrum is the prostate, a 3 way valve) with serious design issues.

Some years ago some idiot chappie was arrested for an armed hold up when I was living in Perth, Western Australia. Before the Boys in Blue could cuff him he whipped out his dick and threatened to piss on one offices claimiming he was HIV Positive. He was ermmm suitably subdued after pissing on the Copper's size 11 boots and was subsequently was charged with attempted murder once it was established that he (the perp) was indeed HIV Positive.... Yep so me old mate, Dicks can infact kill people.. Good choice of tag line.

Agreed! But we need to improve the design to add an automated aim/fire function when near toilets and urinals (this reduces the splashing of feet or missing when pissed), a trickle or full blast control (for those who need to finish fast or want to linger and enjoy the sensation) and a spray control so after writing one's name in the snow, you can do decorative marking around it (Also good for putting out fires in emergencies or when pissed too).
