Are there any good stores in Seattle or San Francisco that sell or even cater to gear for larger guy? I know Leather, ETC in SF stocks a tiny amount of clothing that fits me .. Basically vests.. I'd appreciate any referrals.

The Utilikilt store in Seattle has leather kilts in most any size. If they don't have your size in stock they will fit you and make one up for you. They are expensive but are also top quality.

There is a utilikilt store in san francisco at 346 sutter street. It is a scottish wear store, but they will fit and order utilikilt kilts for you. the leather kilt from utilikilt is 666$. they will be at the folsom street fair.
