has any Mistress stepped on a subs throat during trampling and to what extent? any safety tips for this activity please?

I'm usually pretty open to edge play, but stepping on a throat is highly risky. If the cartilage is broken, you can suffocate pretty quickly. It's not just a measure of removing the pressure.

low key mick,
i do know a throat is made ,of bendable cartledge ,and ,major-circulation ....i never got hurt.
i'm ,not making fun; it is serious ,if your diaphram gets hurt, or your spleen gets ruptured, and,hemorages, and, jumps all day,or, if your eyelense gets flatened, and ,alters your vision,but, stepping ,on a throat ;i dont know.....

i cant tell you any "safety tips"
only time i remember, and, the rest is a blurr ,after this woman-
is an entire parade ,in nyny marched, over me ,and ,at the end ;she stepped, on my throat ,and ,a 245 pound guy stood, on my chest talking, to her, at her invitation ,as the parade ended....(i still glaze, about it )

When i was younger i used to train with a girl in martial arts that used to get quite rough on me in training (She's probably a domme somewhere these days lol) , one time when she had me on the floor she stepped on my throat full weight to get me to tap out and boy did that hurt, i couldn't breathe properly for ages plus my throat was sore for about a week. So be careful! Recently whenever a mistress has tried to do the throat stepping thing, safest way i can suggest is to get her to step partially on your upper chest and half her foot on your throat area but put most pressure on the chest plate so there's no chance of collapsing your cartilage. Also do it in small doses, don't ask for it to be prolonged.
