I hope you saw the speech.  I am in awe of Obama. He is my man. I am not going to watch George W. Bush and McCain next week.   I have watched them eight years.
Why you say?
I have been laid off four times in the past four years because of George W. Bush's economic disaster of polices.  I have no insurance.
McCain and Bush do.
I am being discrimnated because I am a woman.
You old men want to praise a bald headed white repubilcan who cares about big corporations from a decade ago.
Wake up.
We can have a good life.   We cannot with the repubican morons who are either to rich to change, or afraid of the next African American President.

Regards, MissSCD

If you get a chance, please ask your candidate why the women on his payroll are paid less than the men, and why he has less women on his payroll than men.

Just saying.

Obama is charismatic. I have a sneaking suspicion there are things under the surface that is not good for our country. The office really doesnt hold the awe and prestige it once did. We can elect the flavor of the week or we can elect someone with experience and who has served his country with honor.

Its mind boggling to think that commercials play such a key role in elections.

Love the whole "elect a democrat and the free world will be overrun theme." One wonders how long that old bag of tricks can keep working.

With 20 of the past 28 years under a Republican Presidency, one would think the world might be a little safer, but that's never the case with them in an election year.

I completely disagree with this statement. I think that a man or woman who served this country has a better perspective on running it. I find it insulting that just because you served in the military the left wing decides you are a war monger.

How many years has this country ever gone, without the Commander in Chief sending somebody off to get shot at?  And how many of those CiCs were veterans?

There is certainly nothing to suggest that military experience makes most politicians less prone to wage wars.

Like I pointed out the other day, if he wins it will be the first ticket that doesn't have a veteran or an elected executive on it.

It would be speculation on my part to guess about the dividend of not having either of those calling the shots...
