What do you eat the day after Thanksgiving? We do open face turkey sandwiches with gravy, in front of a good TV program.

Pretty much what I eat any other day of the year. I don't eat meat of any sort....so no turkey beyond cooking it for the crowd the day of. A baked potato sounds good.

Because I hate to cook more than twice a week, I had the exact same thing I ate yesterday, which will probably be the same thing I will have tomorrow at lunch time. Good thing my daughter will be coming to take me out for dinner, or i'd be having a marathon of stuffing and cranberry sauce, cornish hens and peas with rice[:o] Rosa. Oh and I've got to do this all over again next weekend, my nephew and nieces are coming over for a post holiday celebration. I just bought a 22 lb Turkey. They will be taking most of that bird home. [:D]
