Always had a thought to have one natural and one fake, this way would have the best of both worlds..... I wonder if they could attach a pair of tits like on each side of my head. I do have 2 real ones currently, and they are quite nice! I haven't tripped over them yet anyway...

i am a person who was only put to sleep once in my life and they said it wasn't really put to sleep in my mid-20's to get all four wisdom pulled...and i can't imagine someone cutting into my body again....would i do it in 20 years....depends on the man i am with and my mind set but they are fine right now.....

Well, hell. I have nice twins I'm told, all natural....but then there's this family member of mine who is a plastic surgeon, so I could update the girls really cheap...no suregeon fee, no hospital fee, just the cost of the baggies...but I'm holding tough. If my nipples stopped "working" I think I'd flogg my own ass.
