some additional laws in texas, are as follows.
It is illegal to have a pair of wire cutters in your back pocket, (you might be cattle rustling)
you can't have a mule in your bathtub.
oral and anal copulation with a chicken is illegal.
oh yeah and all hotels are required to feed and stable your horse for the night should you have a horse and not have a place to do it of course.

because the hair that has the permanent is permanently curled that way.  Hair continues to grow however, resulting in the need to re-perm or perform a "touch-up"
