Ack!  That song is so annoying!  It came on the radio one day at work.  [:'(]

ALSMunch -> RE: Laughing (9/2/2008 10:21:04 PM)

LOL. Too cute. I can see where a song would make me giggle. I know I've seen people laugh at the sound they make. I've done that myself too.

ChampagneMojito -> RE: Laughing (9/3/2008 3:50:13 AM)

[:D] happened me once, we were away on holidays and i got a fit of the giggles and just couldnt stop. Her good self was doing her best to settle me down, and made me face the wall, but on the wall there was a mirror and i could see that such was my fit, that she was struggling not to join in [:D]. It did pass though.

persephonee -> RE: Laughing (9/3/2008 5:19:48 AM)

i have requested to never hear that song at the dungeon again...which doesnt stop certain smart assed Dominants from humming it while im being whipped mercilessly. Such is my life. sniffle.

Gleegal67 -> RE: Laughing (9/3/2008 3:24:18 PM)

My nickname is Glee for a reason...I'm laughing all the time...it's actually becomes a form of release for me when experiencing moments of great pain...plus...come on people...bdsm is just plain fun AND funny at times!

There's been numerous bdsm bloopers...I know I could win on "America's Funniest Home Videos"

silkncarol -> RE: Laughing (9/3/2008 6:19:23 PM)

I'm a laugher too!   Sometimes it's from the sensations or because i'm excited...usually at the beginning of a scene i'll break out in laughter with each strike, or when a Dom rakes his fingers over sensitive skin.  When things get intense i'll settle in and process the pain a different way.....

MistressDollys -> RE: Laughing (9/3/2008 7:47:33 PM)

i've had just about every emotion come out of me during a scene with Mistress and there has been those time when i've laughed uncontrollably. It all depends on what's going on at the time. Am i being trained, disciplined or punished? During those times i usually am very quiet and super respectful of Mistress as I realize that it's not the time to fool around. But then there are those times when Mistress just wants to have a good time and the atmosphere is lighthearted so I enjoy myself tremendously to the point of having a good laugh which is usually at my expense by the way.

All in all i am a reflection of my Mistress and most of the time She's in a good mood so i am too. Those few times that Mistress has to discipline or punish me the mood is not so light so the laughter usually is left for another time.

DiurnalVampire -> RE: Laughing (9/4/2008 3:37:44 PM)

Fox has laughed after a scene. Very intense draining scene and while we are recuperating, he will catch a fit of the giggles from no where. We just let it play its course, and a lot of times I'll catch ti as well and we will both laugh like hyenas until its out of our system. Then, we have ice cream.

yourMissTress -> RE: Laughing (9/4/2008 3:40:15 PM)

There is a boy I play with from time to time who has the most hilarious and infectious laugh...and he does it in reaction to pain...specifically when I hit his balls.  I LOVE IT!!!  He is one of my favorite friends to play with, it's truly cathartic to laugh that hard.

I love this quote.

I'm so glad this topic was brought up. I had someone recently make a comment about the fact that in my profile I mention a sense of humor being important. He felt it meant I was all laughs and chuckles. Some people just don't seem to understand that you can't always be serious.
I NEED humor....and I do laugh sometimes during a scene. It's an emotional release, like others have mentioned. It doesn't mean I don't take what's happening to be serious.
I've had to actually stop a scene and explain that, no, I'm not laughing at him....I just can't contain what I'm feeling.
Besides.....I have a mirror...I know how silly I look sometimes!

Sandyshores29718 -> RE: Laughing (9/4/2008 8:05:56 PM)

Haha yes. I started to laugh at the sounds I was making after the laughing had started. Laughing is good for the soul. :)
