You see that a CM member who you used to talk with appears to be stalking your posts on the CollarChat boards. She reads every thread you post on, usually within minutes after you've written something. Yet when you send a "hello" note, she's blocked you? That's odd. E.

FR: Well, Cali, she COULD be clicking on the thread and scrolling past My posts. But...why? And this isn't once, or twice. I've noticed that about 80% of the time, if I post something, she's in the header within 5 minutes after. So yes, with My admittedly unbounded ego, maybe she's just scrolling thru and happens to hit the threads I post on...which are pretty random...right after I post. But no, I think she's reading my stuff, which is fine...but why block Me? E. (of course, I could be ascribing meaning to a series of random events that in fact have no connection to me, or to eachother. That is sometimes called paranoia. And sometimes called religious belief.)

Seriously Emp, I didn't know if there was some hidden function, like "who's read this post" that I didn't know about. I can't even remember how long I was around before I figured out the little arrow to the left of the threads would take me to the last unread post. (hangs head in shame) Cali (I already know you're stalking me sci, it's okay.)

Some people read every thread no matter what. Since there are email notifications when new threads come up, I often read new ones of interest to me - and ones that don't seem like they would be so interesting if I have a lot of time on my hands. What seems odder to me is someone who subscribed to my journal but blocked me from contact. I was on CM under another screen name as a Domme only last year, and a Dom had subscribed to my journal. At the time I was writing daily lessons in my journal. I was curious as to why he subscribed, hoping that it meant that the information was useful not just to subs but to Dom/mes, but when I tried to write to ask why I found out that I was blocked even though we had never had any contact.

At the top of this page, go to: * my profile * privacy select -> Hide from online user list? this shows you as "offline" when you post in the forums and will also make you invisible when viewing.
