i dont know, about dress, but, pants ,if you wrap the waist, around your neck and it fits, then ,so do the pants, usually size 32 are size 11 girls(leather pants and jeans and chaps)w 33 =womens size:12 ,etc.size 8-10 dress is usually a 27-29 mens pants or waist and, belt size.
dresses, if 2x usually fits all ,and ,fitted ,with an, inexpensive 'fasion-bug' female costume belt ,or
the standard: black 6"wide patten-leather belt is best,
if you're a 42 jacket try a 20 dress,
