Lady Escorted out during Gov. Palin's Speech

Lady Escorted out during Gov. Palin's Speech - 9/3/2008 11:23:46 PM

Status: offline 		I was wondering, did anyone else notice that girl being escorted out by like 3-4 security guards during Gov. Palin's speech? I want to say it was around 7:44-7:45 PST? She seemed to have put up a "peace" sign with her right hand as she was dragged up the stairs.

Just curious.

Status: offline 		It was a Code Pink protester. Security took her down faster than the cameras could get a look of her.

They were saying earlier that there are undercover security all throughout that convention. Some are regular police, some private security, some capital hill police, and some are secret service.

Not positive, but she appeared to be wearing a tangerine pants suit and was
flailing her arms and shrieking something about someone stealing her thunder.

Status: offline 		Oh wow, thanks! I was reading from other sites that she had a bladder problem... but from what I saw, she looked to be quite forcefully removed, hah. Thanks for your responses!

Status: offline 		I thought she looked like she was completely sloshed and was being taken to a bucket of ice cold water. Although the security guards that took her out looked like they could well have used her as a punching bag  .

A media type in the audience saw a women who was helped out; she was feeling ill and about to faint.
