My search for Haunted House props lead me to this small site... http://www.freewebs.com/koba3/index.htm Oooo... look! Beds, IV poles, random beepy machines... O god... I am going over there tomorrow... hopefully I won't spend too much. I had no idea there was such a thing as a 'medical liquidator', and figured some other folks might be interested as well. Where else are you going to find creepy old dentists chairs? ;)

You have to call her to schedule an appointment to go look at the stuff, because the warehouse isn't open to the public- I'm thinking she is not always there. Should be under 'contact me'

Was in Atlanta today. Delta charged me $50 to get home 3 hours early. Bah! I will be back next week. Wonder if they have a vacuum pump.

Hot! So hot! We have a place like that in my city. A friend went there a few years ago to purchase an exam table as a gift for me. The person that showed him around the warehouse asked him what he'd be using the exam table for. My friend had a story made up about how it was going to be a gag gift for a friend graduating medical school. The guy said, "Oh good. A lot of freaky people come in here wanting to use the equipment for God-knows-what and we won't sell to those types." He shuddered and made a nauseated face. My friend nodded and finished the arrangements to get the exam table picked up so he could get it to his friend, the pro dom. Ha.

I doubt this lady would have such hangups... haha, I told her we needed stuff for a haunted house, and she goes- "Oooo! I have this dummy you could slice up and hang from meathooks!!!!" O.o K, sweet!

Thanks for the info Lynnxz. I plan to get some stuff. I see they had cabinets and shelves for a great price. Plus an exam table will be great too.

Hi all, has anyone tried their local craigslist site? I know someone that got a gyno table off that site and it was free too. The table now has some added attachment points.

Talk about kid in a candy store. Wuggie- a report for you I picked up: a gurney, a CPR dummy (for the haunted house, not for kinky stuff, pervs), a nice pile of instruments, an IV pole (complete with a year old half empty saline bag... do not want) One of those waist level trays that hold the tools in surgery a pair of those big dome mirrors that they put in hallways so people don't wreck the stretchers- for a friend of mine AND AND AND AND...... a complete set of what appears to be antique leather medical restraints. It's got this really beautiful decorative stitching on the straps too- hopefully with a little TLC they will be back in shape, they are a little dry right now- I was very happy, they were hiding under a pile of tubing. Har har, last set. This place is packed with fun stuff. I think I might go back. Definitely worth the trip. Edit Shes a nice lady, but if you go in there asking about things to stick where the sun doesn't shine, don't say I sent you.

ooooh! Good Haul! I'm going down to Netherworld Haunted House this Saturday. hmmmmmm.... Doubt I could get my boys out the door early enough to see the goodies. If we did, we'd have to take the Van empty to haul things back and put all our peeps in cars..... plans... plans...

You might call a local hospital and ask if they sell the old used equipment? I work for the VA hospital and they have a "outlet" store for this. just a idea.
