Not quite what you think!

I want to get a vertical clitoral piercing, but would my job make it a bad idea? I move boxes off trucks and stock shelves. Lots of bending, turning, stooping...ect.

Would that be risking to much for a pericing down there? Could it get torn? Would it hurt to much? Or would it be just fine?

Well unless you are constantly banging your clit at work and unless you wear large jewelry you should be fine.  It might take a little longer to heal if you are really active but thats about all.
Hope that helps.

make sure you wear loose fitting clothes, especially while it's healing...

If you have an opportunity for a long weekend or even a vacation, I would suggest waiting until then to get your piercing.

Thanksgiving is coming up.  If you're one of the fortunate people to get the 4 day weekend, or even a 3 day weekend, I'd take that opportunity to get over the most tender part of the healing process.

You're going to be able to do your job just fine, but at first it's going to be a little strange and uncomfortable while you rearrange your body around your piercing.

Thank you for all the opinions!

To dodedo, I will make sure to catch a few spare days to have it done.

To GreedyTop, LOVE your advice, I plan on no undies and wearing skirts! I'd say thats "loose" enough.

hehe - i quite frequently have to "shake a leg" when my rings get twisted, so completely understand your problem.

greetings to all,

After the initial healing period (about two-four weeks) you should be fine.  Make sure that you wear underwear to keep the piercing from shifting too much (the "pinching" sensation that occasionally comes from the jewellery moving about is pretty nasty).

If protected properly, I doubt the piercing would tear (I know from experience that the vertical hood piercings are surprisingly tough; for one to be ripped out, you'd have to have someone hook their finger through the ring and give it a very sharp tug).

OP, if you need any other help, please feel free to cmail me!

well wishes,
