I've been on this site about 48 hours so far, thought I should introduce myself. I'm LadyMorgynn, in Greensboro NC. I'm 49, been in the scene since 1993. I was introduced to BDSM as a sub,but it quickly became obvious that was NOT the place for my (the first & only time my "Master" took a whack at me, it was all I could do not to whip around and slug him in the face! LOL!). Then I joined PEP, and the nifty gals there quickly showed me the ropes (no pun intended [:D]).
Being a single mom with a child, I was never able to have a r/l sub, but my daughter's now grown and off at college (5 whole miles away! WOW!), so I'm fweeeeeeeeeeeee! LOL. So here I am, finally getting to be a LOT more into the Scene than I was ever able to do before. I've found a couple of local groups, and of course I'm still in touch with PEP, even though I don't work for them anymore and they don't have a chapter anywhere near me <sigh> Oh, well.
This looks to be a terrific site, I've been enjoying cruising around the forums. I'm glad to see so many subs posting; the submissive mindset is completely foreign to me. Fascinating, but a mystery, and I like reading what they have to say. There's loads of food for thought on this site, and I'm glad to have found it.
