There is a new website vendor providing hand-crafted public collars and custom BDSM gear. There is years of experience behind these products and they warranty all products for defects in workmanship. B1gbear...Master purchased the 3-Ring Collar (BL501) as my play collar and we're so pleased with it. It's a quality made collar, heavy duty and yet comfortable to wear as well as attractive and highly functional.
