Well fuck me rigid!  (cultured Olde English expression of astonishment)

I've only just seen this thread. Too sodding late of course to do anything about it, but somehow comforting to know it was there quietly all the time. And whilst the ideas are fun I should explain that you so do not want to be my PA - it's thankless unremitting toil with nothing to show for it but abuse, bruises and scars - mental and physical - in a climate of dire poverty. Well maybe not completely dire

For you, dear Christine,these things of which you speak are entirely possible (if my PA can't fix them she gets fired you understand, and GT or coloured or someone will tell you what wonders F&M can arrange) but they're hardly sufficient as fringe benefits surely?

Smoochies and hugs work. They sort of go with the abuse as a required part of the deal in my philosophy.

But shopping, especially shoe shopping, and definitely Saturday shopping, you're on your own kid.
