Aw, that's easy if your bird cage is they type with a cage top. What you do is take the cage outside, turn it upside down and give it a good shake. So the birds will get seed rained on them, but that serves them right for dropping the seeds in the first place. All the stuff over the yard, let the wildlife dispose of it.
Excellent idea, but my cage opens with a tiny door on springs in the front. I suppose I could look for a new one...but how do I move the birds from Cage A to Cage B? Last time I moved one...so they could be together...the damned thing got away and had it not landed in the slippery bathtub I never woould have caught it.
Somehow I don't think I was cut out for owning birds, LOL.
