My issue with it is that you have to pay to join the site.  I love watching m/m action, but I'm not willing to spend on it.

I had that complaint when I was a member the recent shoots last spring were quite soft. Though now the pain is getting back to Men In Pain.

I nearly teared up just from watching the last shoots with Claire Adams.

Personally after seeing the new direction of MIP it being a site I use to see myself modeling for recent updates have involved so much pain kind of scared me about sending in a modeling form and I have been told in my real life play that I can take a decent amount of pain.

As for the having to pay for the sites. you can get 6x  20second video clips of each update from any of their sites on FreeHardcore.com

Indeed! Porn is amusing to look at but that's about it. I'm not one to get turned on by porn or silly webcam shows, it's so pointless. Nothing will ever top real sex so why bother.

Claire's recent shoot with Rubber Boy was rather "entertaining" -- rubber, bondage, electricity, double fisting, and milking.  The shock value made it fun to watch.

As for becoming a model for MIP...go for it! 
If you can "perform" in front of the camera and pass their interview, perhaps you can request to work with a specific Dominant.
