The most humiliating thing i have to endure is shopping when it's for His pogey bait. i am a fluffy woman, and i enjoy when i am shopping for the normal menu items, my cart is full of the good stuff, veggies, lean meats, chicken, fish, none of the processed frozen stuff they all love so much, but after about 3 weeks of this, they are screaming for junk. Thin people don't realise this, but fat shoppers carts are eyeballed. Comments made, knowing glances between each other. When i have to go shopping with the list for Doritoes, AND tortilla chips with lime, 2 tubs of cottage cheese, the six pack of musketeer bars, twizzlers, Lucky Charms, AND Carnation instant breakfast, saltines and strawberry cream cheese spread, then top it off with Capri Sun or koolaid pouches, and of all things... DIET Coke.... i could just absolutely die. i want to carry a sign that says this is NOT for me. i have asked to get out of this, if they would go trap their own pogey bait, and Hubby says "Oh fuck em, you know what you eat, and I'll eat whatever the hell I want." He certainly isn't going for "humiliation play" He's just getting food. What makes it humiliation is MY issues and sensitivity to things i cannot block out, and my willingness to let others subject me to thier opinions. I truly crave humiliation so this is a great topic. I am not a female so this is only from talking with women and witnessing sessions. Taking some of the subs vaginal fluid and placing it under her nose. This gives her the impression that everyone can smell her even though they can’t. Her scent is just so strong in her mind. I have seen this turn a sub bright red and stay red, application after application. The signs and markers (mentioned above) is always a great idea. It still seems to effect me. LOL I love my collar and leash. But...too bad most malls won't stand for that kind of thing going on. There are kids at the mall as well. Just have to use your head and make the right choice I think. I have never had anyone complain in all the times I wore a collar and leash to the mall or anywhere else. I used to keep it tucked into my back pocket but it was obvious what it was as it led from the collar to my back pocket. No one more than barely glanced at it but for clerks who tended to snicker. It was more a goth/dress thing than submission as I wasn't collared to anyone at the time but I never got a reaction. Now the cat ears headband I wore? That got tons of comments.

As most have said, this tends to be a very personal thing from one sub to the next. Now myself as a woman, the most humiliating things I've heard of are those that involve stripping a sub of freedoms. Being inspected after visits to the bathroom - where there is no door, of course. Inspections during her monthly. Things like this which I would find truly bothersome whereas wearing a leash in public, or public spankings and all wouldn't bother me.

Humiliation is a very personal issue. Some things would embarass one person while not affecting another, so it's hard to tell you what to do with your sub. I can understand it can be a Goth thing, and have seen kids that are 21 or so doing it at fairs and things. Since they were Goth I noticed it, but chalked it up to what it was. But at my age...I am definitely not a Goth. And where I live, the suburb is very family oriented. I respect the fact that families are out shopping together as well. Diamond...you hit the nail on the head for me. I don't really find most things I have done so far humiliating. Shameful yes in some ways, but not humiliating. I mean there have been times I have blushed. Like when I was led naked and blindfolded on my leash and collar in front of another lifestyle couple. But I was also proud because I followed him without hesitation, and he was so proud and pleased with me. So knowing I pleased him overcame my shame. But...thinking about this more.....if I ever did something to displease him and he really wanted to humiliate and punish me am sure there is something that would work. But what everyone is saying what works for one person might not work for another is true. It just takes knowing the other person extremely well to know what works and what does not.
