Status: offline 		I haven't had sex or even cum in about a year. Maybe more. Who's counting. Anyway, I can't find a rl mistress and consequently I have to DIY. Are there any others like me or am I quite the freak of nature? And is this a health issue?

Status: offline 		While there are many sexual benefits that come from having sex & orgasms, there is no scientific proof that denying sex or orgasms is harmful. So I wouldn't worry about it too much.

If you are a little worried, then choose a few points (maybe once month or so) in which you allow yourself an orgasm, just to make sure everything is still working.

And through the vast reaches of the internet, yes there are plenty of people like you.  And you are no more a freak than I or the other people on this site are.

Status: offline 		I consider orgasms to be good for physical and mental health. For physical health, they are good for prostate health and provide some cardio benefit. For mental health, they provide stress relief.

Cardio exercise and stress relief can be had through other means.  Prostate health could be maintained via prostate massage and milking. I am not sure what frequency of orgasm is important for  prostate health. I think once a month or once every two months should be fine but this estimate is a hunch and not based on any reliable information.

Would you describe what orgasm denial means to you?

Status: offline 		Recent studies show that frequent sexual activity reduces the risk for future ED.  Basically, I worry about boys who are really into Chastity.  If don't use it, you could lose it.

Status: offline 		I do not practice to that extent, but I do occassionally self-deny prior to a well-anticipated evening out or an upcoming session.  This is just something I want to do to enhance the experience.  If I were asked not to, then I wouldn't. 

I don't know what the risks or benefits would really be long term, male or female, but yes there are those who do this to themselves and I doubt it is that uncommon.

There should be something like TITLE IX for male subs in the Ask a Mistress forum. We should get to use the tees closest to the hole or do our pushups with our knees on the ground.

As for self-denial. My record stands at 6 years (birth to age 6). My modern record was set recently at 36 hours. After 24 hours I stopped being horny and it scared me.

Status: offline 		Orgasm denial means simply that although I masturbate, just before orgasm I stop and writhe in agony. Over and over. I find it much more exciting than an orgasm. I have no one to torment me so I am forced, at this time, to do so to myself. I have zero interest in going out, finding a "fuckbuddy", and having sex. To me it is meaningless and vanilla. I am a true masochist in every sense of the word, mistress
