I have an outline idea which still needs refinement before it can be made into a proper business plan financed mostly by the banks. A few hundred acres of land should be purchased in the USA or one of the Caribbean islands, most of which are now independent of the British or still dependencies of the British, with a few Frence, spanish, dutch speaking islands. This could already have a large house on the property or a series of multiplex building erected on the site. It would be in a remote yet accessible location. Business Title: The Femme Domme Realm Business Purpose: A leisure resort owned by its members for the practice of actually living in a Female Supremacy Environment. Start up Finance; Part private finance initiative, part bank loan, part leaseholder mortguages. Facilities: The complex would have a number of Chalets, a outdoor heated swimming pool, Cinema, games hall, gymnasium, sauna, solarium, jaccuzzi, Lounge, A British Style drinks Pub, Diner, games room, CCTV control room, General Offices, Reception Area, Showers, a Euphoria Suite( Dungeon), a basement with isolation cells and cages, A stable complex with an indoor areana for horse riding, A stable with horse box cells for human pony slaveswith an outdoor running track. Woodland, 6 strategically placed whipping posts around the grounds, each with a umbrella type cover, a emergency medical room for sudden illness.A store selling groceries and lifestyle equiptment. 40 x Chalets. Each chalet to comprise a small kitchen, A en Suite bedroom, A lounge/dinning room, a veranda. The lounge would have a st andrews cross and the bedroom a slave cage, a whipping bench would be on the veranda. How would the business make its money? There would be a number of partners. They would have the Freehold Ownership of the Business and share the profits. There would be a number of Dominant Female Leaseholders. They would each buy a timeshare in a particular chalet. This could be for one week or for 52 weeks and any period in between.. A timeshare would be $500 minimum( one week each year) with slight percentage decreases for longer periods. 4 weeks a year ($1750) a quarter year ($5000), (£17500) a full year. More chalets can be built to accommadate increases in timeshare leaseholders. All facilities in the Femme Domme Realm would be inclusive in the price,(food and drink excluded). This would also include being allocated a male or female submissive to attend to their needs during their timeshare leasehold occupancy. A chalet can be bought and assembled for about $10.000 and furnished for about $2500. So 40 Chalets each bringing in around $500 a week averages $20.000 a week. These Dominant Female Leaseholders would have voting rights on changes to the business and its environment because they are leaseholders to the chalet and its surrounding grounds and facilities. Submissive male/female timeshare leaseholders. They would each buy a timeshare leasehold in a particular cage, isolation cell, or horsebox in the stables.. They would pay the same timeshare mortguarge as the Dominant timeshare leaseholders but live in far less comfort. 40 cages situated in the chalets, 12 cages situated in the human pony slave stable, 8 in the underground cells, 12 in other areas. so 64 cages at $500 a timeshare leasehold, $32000 a week. They would not have any entitlement to voting rights and be used and abused by the Dominant timeshare leaseholders. There would also be a number of consensual slaves living on the premises 24/7 under , GPA. They would each have to give a minimum of $10.000 as a dowery to serve for one year and $5000 for each year thereafter. They would be kept naked at all times, wear slave collars, chastity restraints, and be shackled as required. They would run the site on behalf of the Freehold. They would be the caterers, domestics, gardeners, waiters, plumbers, electricians, painters and decorators, carpenters and metalworkers, stable hands, bartenders and more besides. They would be devoid of any and all freedom, human rights and civil liberties and treated as mere lifestock beasts by the Dominant Freehold partners and their Dominant timeshare leaseholder associates. There numbers would fluctuate annually. Annual dowery profits would be around $250.000 at least for say 25 slaves.They would be kept in all weather tents with a large mat and a camp bed. A pole in the center would be used to shackle rthem until they were required. Weekend Guests: These would be Dominant woman who would not be leaseholders but occassional guests who sought to use and abuse the Submissives over a relaxing weekend and use the facilities. They would have rooms, say about 12 in the upper floor of the main complex, They would pay $125 for a weekend stay. Also submisssive males and females seeking to be used and abused for a weekend. The latter would reside in tents erected in the grounds near the main complex. Day Visitors: Voyeurs seeking to take a look around and watch the various activities. a $50 entrance fee for 12 hours. Food and drink extra.. Online webcam viewers each paying $5 to watch various live webcams around the complex 24/7. The website to include photographs of the Femme Domme Realm and also video clips of recent activities. A menu card for visitors and potential timeshare leaseholders to choose food prior to their arrival. A health questionaire to acertain the level of health and fitness of the submissive timeshare leaseholders and potential slaves. A menu of daily activities for visitors and resident timeshare leaseholders to choose the activities they wish to participate in during their stay. The grounds to have low voltage electric fence to keep intruders out and slaves in. The business plan can be modified in any way during the financing and implementation period. The aim is to have a business that is superior to that currently offered by the OWK in the Czech Republic and situated in the town of Brno. That is in an urban environment and is surrounded by private housing on all sides. Many parts of the grounds can be overlooked from bedroom windows of these private houuses.
