I love to have marks, the ones that linger the most are the bite marks. One time, about a month or more ago, my Master bit me really hard on my inner thigh... it was one of those that was black and a knot at first he bit so hard and it lasted for WEEKS. That was my favorite one, especially since it was still hot here and it was visible when I wore shorts and no one but us knew what it was from. I don't have any right now though

Makes me want them even more!

I love to mark Fox, however his wolverine powers dont keep them there often or long. He had hickeys on his neck tat lasted all of 3 days, and he has gotten over the bruises from a hard caning in less than one. He has a few bite marks on his back at the moment, but those are a few stubborn survivors from a REALLY intense scene. Normally they dont stick around even that long. It wuld be nice tobe able to show them off, but right now we dont have many friends who would understand, and of those who would... I dont think most of them want to see Fox shirtless.

Like many others have already said, I do love receiving marks. They are visual reminders of the pleasure/pain. They are the souvenirs of our journey. Feeling a small wince of pain when sitting down at work, brings a smile to my face. Canes and bites have left some of the best temporary marks. I hate it when they fade away. Then, there are always more to come. On the downside, I do tend to avoid swimming with friends and family when marked. They are used to tattoos and scars, but too much bruising , biting, etc. Plus, the children issue!

They can throw me right back to where I was when I got them just by being brushed by my shirt/pants/hands/whatever when they're still in that hurty phase...

and it's so glorious.

Unfortunately I can't really have marks anywhere that's visible with clothing on. Those are the best spots too... (neck, inside of elbow, etc.) but a good bruise from a strong bite on my chest is almost as good :)

Other than guys who are paying for domination and have to hide it from their wives, in a dozen years I don't think I've heard of a single submissive/slave/bottom tthat *doesn't* enjoy marks.

I see them as my trophies. I remember one on my boobie that looked like a target. Different coloured circles getting darker towards the middle for some reason. It made me smile every time I saw it.

i love my bruises and marks that fade over time.
i cherish every permanent mark i have. Currently i have several cutting scars which may take at least a year to fade. i have one permanent cane mark that i rub when im thinking or nervous. i have a semi permanent or permanent mark from every regular partner i have had.
My bites hurt deeply but are not visible...which i love because they are on my neck and shoulders and i can poke them all day at work and no one knows what im doing.
i may be slightly off balance, but i will "reactivate" a bruise if it fades too fast.

I am currently wearing a stand-out bite mark on my neck from Sir. It's a sign of ownership - I am His and His alone - and as it's still hot as hell here in FL, there's no way I could cover it. I'm proud to wear it and like others have noted, it reminds me of my time with Him, His will and His teachings. Also, it makes me wet just to look at it!

A great fire cupping exchange happened with some fire play , leaving deep dark cupping marks which i wore proudly for about a week .The second day it was a water park day , and i was not going to miss it , nor was i going to cover up in a t-shirt .I was amazed that some teens and parents already knew what they were from , sure some stared gawked and pointed , yet i got some questions and interest too . I was not so much showing them off instead i was not going to cancel and hide because of them .Also went in to just have a fun wet refreshing day and did not really care if i had 25 circles on me nor did i care who really saw them , yet i was still kinda glowing and proud lol perhaps that showed too ..

EDIT to add , there was a couple rude bratty kids , that i did warn not to venture out too far into the water as they might find the giant squid .
