I'm going to do a workshop/presentation on cbt bondage next week, and as we all have lots to teach and lots to learn, I would like some creative input to add to my own store of bondage and cbt knowledge! I am looking forward to lots of great new ideas! For the workshop I'll be looking mostly for bondage that doesn't require a whole lot of equipment or accessories. I prefer to demo things that the audience can go home and do TODAY. For example, a fave of mine involves a core from a roll of toilet paper and 6 feet of 1/8th inch rope. Quick, fun, devious, and beautiful in its simplicity! Can't wait to see what all of your wonderfully twisted minds come up with!

One thing I've used recently is vet wrap. Cut the length you want and wrap the shaft while soft or just starting to get hard. It sticks to itself but not the skin, so nothing else is necessary to keep it in place. I leave the head out so I can keep an eye on the color (always gotta be careful, ya know!). The harder he gets, the more it squeezes him. I got mine from someone who works in a vet's office, but I've heard you can get it in tack shops as well, and I think the "self stick" kind of elastic bandages you can get at the drug store are probably the same thing.

Outstanding! I have a tack shop less than 3 miles from my house. I don't know why I never thought to use it for cbt. That's brilliant. Thanks!

Glad I could help! Another idea that I saw on a video involves a toilet paper roll as well. Take the roll and punch short flat headed thumbtacks through it all around it. Then slice it down one side. Wrap it around the shaft, overlapping the edges as much as you need to to make it fit (might need to take out some of the tacks depending on how big he is). Then take another roll and slide it over the first to keep it in place. Of course you have to be careful not to puncture very deeply, but you can then squeeze or tap the roll. The guy in the video would lightly slap it with a ruler or his hand, or press it down against the top of his desk. For those into sharp sensations, it seems it would be a very interesting idea.

I am fond of using lengths of frilly lace trim and girly ribbons to truss-up. When I get to where I have just a small amount of slack on each end, I twist and release at intervals. Also great to attach small binder clips to the bits of skin peeking out between the criss crosses. Tweezer plucking of pubes is fun too.

Vet wrap for people is call coban, and walgreens carries it.

I am not sure what she intended, but using the bristles on the head of an engorged cock will produce an intense pleasure/pain sensation. Why a pair is best is a single spinning set of bristles can cause some pain. But when my Domina squeezes some bit of sensitive flesh between a pair of spinning bristles, that's intense. Works for the nipples too. But the real fun, in terms of tease, is remembering the back side of the tip is just a nice vibrator. So with a simple twist of her wrist she can go between pleasure and pain. Over and over again and again. A most cheap but versatile CBT toy. And don't forget the Purell, in lieu of toothpaste. Just to add that stingy squecky clean feeling.

Depending what side he dresses, a slit in his pocket allows a chain [key] to be attached to his cage on the inside, and out and up to his belt on the outside. Only he and I know what is inside his pocket and when he is in need of correction it gets a good yanking either by Me, or him if instructed to do so. Just to say, the slit does not interfere with his pocket in any way.

I'm enjoying these. They won't all work for my presentation, as it is for BondageFest, so it needs to be bondage related, but I am certainly going to add them all to my play list!

Extremely effective simple and possibly rather painful: Tie very thin string around the balls and attach weight (not few the few ounces ones). If you don't have suitable weight, simply tie a loop in the handing end of the string and step into it.

Oh I LOVE that!! Beautiful in its simplicity! The weights I do a lot, but I never thought to make a loop and step on it. WHEE!
