One of the things i find most appaling on these threads is the derogatory purposeful misuse of Senator Obama's surname.  Had millions of Africans when enslaved in this country been allowed to keep their names, one of the most basic of human rights, there would be no Powells, or Rice's or Keyes.  Because his father was born in Africa, and able to pass his name onto his child, it seems to be a source of ridicule.  What you are ridiculing is his race and  heritage when you do such a thing.  i will take it into consideration that some people truly don't consider what they are doing when they do this...but some are very intentional.  Just call him Sambo and be done with it...why split hairs? Why put up a front? As THOSE people say..."keep it real".


Iron, I call him "Abadabba" for my Ted Kennedy impersonation.
A year ago Ted Kennedy couldn't even pronounce his name; "I'd ah, ah,...like to ah,...introduce Sen ah, ah, Osama Bin Laden,...ah, Sen Bin Laden, ah, ah, Sen Alabama, no ah, ah,.....Sen Osama ah, ah,...."
and a few months ago he endorses him? lol

Many times when something happens to someone of color...no matter what it is, you can be assured there will be a riot that same or next day.

I wouldn't be surprised at all, not one bit, if there is a riot in Philly if Obama loses.

This is part of the dark side of people.

I`ve also heard cons suggest that Obama will be shot(while snickering) and have heard liberals say they fear such a horrible thing will happen.I tell them to STFU.

I don`t know why people go there,but they do.

Same with this.People just want to believe this sort of shit.People are drawn to the dark side(fear,hate.loathing) and want swallow this shit whole.Even if it`s from somebody who`s a no-body,some people almost want it to happen.
