The Outland is a joke. It for college kids who think they are in the lifestyle by surrounding themselves with the house dom and domme.
Let me give you good visual. You walk through a ill kept bar with rock music playing, until you make you way through the back where " OUTLAND " aka the large patio is. You'll see various tables and chair and the masses of people huddle together in their lil clique. Until you finally glance over to see a stage, that is about 20X10 and has been partitioned off to make "top" stations for the house domme to flog you. and the violet wand guy to zap you. Of course you will have to sign up for this tantilizing experience.
If you so happen to bring a real scene there the sophmoric client tell will whisper, OOO and Ahaaa and exclaim as you walk by on how you are so utterfly evil to cause the sub to scream in pain.
So no dear you won't find a sub there . However you will find alcohol , drugs and the clap.
Feel pitty for the house dom and domme they really feel cheapen by it all, but it's the only large "play space" in the area.
