      If this has been completely confirmed, it must be very classified, but the coming and going of the Sept. 11 Anniversary without a word from Adam Gadahn, a.k.a, Azzam al Amriki seems pretty conclusive.

       One crime is specifically defined in the US Constitution. That's what he was indicted on.
