There exists a prison where all jokes ever invented have been said so many times that they've all been given numbers. Prisoners will call out "163" and everyone in the prison cracks up.

One day a new guy comes in and wanting to be a funny man, he shouts out "52". However, he is returned with only silence. Worried, he asks his roommate why noone laughed. To which his roommate replied "you just don't know how to tell a joke."
