Do you enjoy wearing " fetish clothing" -i.e black leather, vinyl etc for its own merits? -you like the way it looks on your body, perhaps it makes you feel more dominant or allows you to feel more in the role-perhaps even because it appeals to the sub?
Or do you prefer not to wear it as it encourages an attitude from submissives that they cannot see you as dominant without it? Do you feel it's stereotypical and you shouldn't need to act out males' fantasy images by wearing it?

I love wearing leather, not pleather-that is hot and uncomftarble. I wear it because I love the way it feels against my skin and because I like the way I look when I wear it-hot. Leather as a whole turns me on greatly because it feels so soft and sterdy at the same time, if I could make my whole wardrope of leather, I'll be happy....lol

Personally I dont care for leather. I do like My "Mistress Clothing" but leather is not part of My wardrobe. I often tell potential subs/slaves before our first meeting, do not expect Me to show up with a flogger in one hand a strap-on in the other, or you will be sadly disappointed. I dress just as nilla as I can when meeting a sub/slave for the first time. Now, when we are in play, that is another story!

Yes I enjoy wearing fetish clothing.

When attending an event I will wear anything from the Extreme Fetish to down-right Florida Beach Bum.

It all depends on my mood.

I wear what I wear because I decide to & if someone interprets this in any way, that is entirely their own speculation.

I enjoy wearing fetish wear at times. I don't do it for every scene because I tend to be very spontaneous in my play, but when I plan a specific scene, I like to dress in sexy pvc.

I enjoyed wearing leather from the day I saw my first pair of thigh high boots. I was drawn to the atire at a very early age, though I wouldn't dress that way on a daily basis nor would I dress that way for play every time, well maybe if I could buy a new outfit for everyday of the week I would. LOL. I was just naturally drawn to the look before puberty. I don't even know why. But, then I'm drawn to pretty lacy frilly garments as well. Then again, if all I had were t-shirts and jeans, I'd be ok with that as well. Though, I'm sure I'd find a drape/curtain somewhere to cut up like, Scarlett, in "Gone With The Wind"

I have an enormous wardrobe of fetishwear and club gear, everything from PVC to custom corsets to latex. Most of it sits unworn! I love how I look when I am dressed up, especially in a corset, but I am just as content to wear my devore velvet caftan. When I am playing privately, clothes just get in the way----if it suits the scene, I will wear something appropriate, but generally.......

i have been amazed at the silk my top doms wore and attracted and dominated me like a magnet,so it was the first time i never required a top to be on top of me with no leather but ,the higher up and the more dominant they were the less they advertized and ,the less they wore leather.i ware it as my image ;colors and ,so everyone will know who i am,not vanilla! i used to be picked up on a frequent regular, too often basis; everytime i ventured out the door.i think it was the clothes ; i looked dependable.leather jacket ;keychain wallett; jean work shirt ,REDSILK TIE,and,LEA. vest and ,501 jeans,AND,THE BEST BOOTS....JEANS you can wear with a suit if necessary....however ,i got womin who knew my rep., and image so well they would dress in head to toe leather, just to make me notice...cause they knew i dont waste my time,if youre not dom ;get away from me ;sorry....and, frankly: i thot it was pathetic; they looked so salient; obvious to me ;ie dress ,in leather ;pick me up period.the woman ,on the boston waterfront named a ms raough comes to mind
she made somekind of very famous movie with herself in it mainstream,too....altho im ambitious i thot it was tacky ALL leather head to toe;a jacket or boots and belt may be but total?!!!
shes a director,altho i had plenty of directors at the time and ,i did'nt need her in my eyes pretending ,but i was dumb, then ;young ,and ,stupid ignorant.i rejected her for TOO MUCH DESPERATE LEATHER!

I am also drawn to pretty lacy clothing. I love the feel of lace and silk on My skin. It is such a feeling of femininity.

Latex: that shiny, slippery, second skin. there's nothing like the feeling of wearing it. the taste, smell, mixing with your sweat, the sensation.. even just wearing it alone, taking a bath in it, swimming in it...there's nothing to compare it to. It's one of my BIGGEST fetishes, I love to make slaves lick the sweat off the tops of my latex stockings. I love to be covered completely, head to toe....layers.. Latex stockings are probably my favorite. making my slave worship my latex covered feet. It's not just the asthetic for me. there's so much more. It's the entire experience.

Leather: the smell the texture, that subtle shine. the way it feels, the way it make me feel, especially in my leather opera length gloves, when I slide my fingers into the kidskin, caressing my slaves face, slapping them with my tightly fitted leather covered fingers. grasping his throat, making him feel the supple smoothness of the leather but the power that's within.

Corsets: that extreme shape it gives me, that tight laced, restriction of breathing, those small breaths, the posture. the way it changes how you move breath, bend. while practically cutting you in two.

Shoes: extreme heels, stillettos, platforms. knee high lace up boots, the more height, the better, the way the leather mixes with the scent of my feet, that mild discomfort from wearing extremely high heels. leather, patent leather, open toes.... sharp pointy heels, those high arches peeking through on the inside....

Stockings: I think I really like the ritual of putting them on. sliding my foot in, bringing them all the way up my legs, the smooth silky material hugging the curves of my legs. the way they feel when my legs slide against each other. attaching the garter clips to them.

all these things, the asthetic, the sensation, the almost instant headspace it puts me in, comes through in my sessions. I think because of the ritual of it as well as all of the fetishes that I have personally.

If the slave has specific fetishes, as far as wardrobes go, I will accomodate, but not necessarily because of him but because it's one of my fetishes as well. I do not believe that wearing these things makes me more dominant, I'm just as powerful in my blue jeans.

I am a very sexual and sensual person - I'm also a bit of an exhibitionist - so my love for fetish clothes seems only a natural extension of my love for looking hot in general. I was a rather precocious kid and started modeling when I was 13, both of which fed my love for performing and the attention it garners, but mostly I just love to dress up. I am that girl who always wears thigh-highs when I wear a skirt or dress - even when no one is going to see them.

I have always had a very strong personality and an overt sexuality - both of which come across in my attire - which is not to say that I don't also love to dress down too (ask T - he'll tell you of my fondness for wearing his shirts - all twice as big as me - around the house) and I don't need to be wearing latex and stillettos to feel 'Dommely'. I just like it! And, yes, it sure does look good on me *smile*.

As for some notion that is supporting an unrealistic fantasy or male stereotype - Pish! My choice in clothing has nothing to do with anyone other than myself. I enjoy the reactions I get from what I wear sometimes, but that's true of any exhibitionist, and it's as true for me when I'm wearing a suit and heels or jeans and sneakers. Fetish clothes just have a little added 'naughtiness' to them... *grin*

I own a large collection of fetish clothing -- mostly pvc (vinyl) and latex, tons of boots (black patent leather, knee high and thigh high) and gloves. One half side of my walk in closet is fetish clothing.

I wear it because I like the way it looks on my body, I like the way it feels. I've always been attracted to black, shiny gear (must be a catwoman influence from way back when). It's not appropriate to wear daily of course (and isn't the most comfortable thing in the world for long term wear), but I will wear black patent leather boots almost all winter long with my vanilla casual gear or even some business suits. Not the thigh high boots, of course!

If there's a problem with a submissive who can't see past the fetish gear, I just won't wear it around him. I don't wear my fetish gear specifically to dominate a man anyway -- with the exception of gloves, quite often. I will wear whatever is comfortable or wear nothing at all. Fetish clothing is often not that functional for high energy, sexed up, messy, wet activities. The gear is also expensive, and I don't want it ripped, torn, spooged on or ruined in the heat of the moment.

You'll find me wearing my black shiny stuff almost exclusively out dancing at industrial/gothic nightclubs. In the 90s it was 3-4 times a week, now it's once a week. I rarely go to fetish parties or events these days, and I decide based on the event what to wear. I often will NOT wear fetish gear to a party where single sub guys will be, because they can't talk to me like a human being if I am and it makes for a less pleasant evening.

Wearing fetishware does the same as a special occassion dress. It doesn't define me or make me feel more or less then what I am. I am hard, yet soft. I can be shaped but never changed.

While I am who I am no matter what I wear, I do enjoy wearing leather and heels! I love the way they feel and look. Just walking into a leather shop and smelling it is orgasm worthy!
