According to Wikipedia it’s painslut.

There is no page titled "pain-slut".

There is no page titled "pain slut".

But they list:

Painslut
In BDSM culture, a "Painslut" is a person who enjoys receiving a heavy degree of pain but may or may not necessarily enjoy being submissive. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
According to the urban dictionary it’s a close call with “painslut” leading by a slight margin but the sample votes are too small to call the results valid.

Anybody with a reasonable IQ should be able to understand what "Pain Slut", "Painslut" or "Pain-Slut" all should mean. If they don't they should be strapped to a St. Andrews crossed and flogged senseless for the nit picking Grammar Nazi that they are. Language itself, including Grammar, is a very dynamic creature. Personally I've love to send all the Grammar Nazi's back to the 14th century in England and see how well the can deal with how the English language used to be. Perhaps they will have a deeper appreciation for all the rules that have been broken since then. :-) I'd be a Evil Bastard if I owned a time machine.
