I have been looking for awhile and had 0 luck on here with my profile. It seems like the few who seemed like real people were pretty far away and just wanted to say hi when they saw my profile.

I was thinking of just deleting the whole thing and starting over, but not sure where I need to improve.

Thank you.

I have had the same problem. I've been on Collarme before and left for about five years. I came back and created a new profile, but since my last one didn't get any results, I'm afraid I don't know what's important to put in a profile and what's not.

I've been away for about three years now and now that I'm back, I'm hoping to find someone that I can find to instruct me and help me learn and grow as a submissive, perhaps as their submissive.

Your profile sounds fine. If I had a suggestion to make, it would be to make your presence more known on the boards. It helps people to get to know you by "hearing" your comments on different situations, and it makes you more visible and more 'real' -- plus it keeps you on peoples' minds, whereas, if you don't post and just depend on your profile, you will fade into the background like the other silent visitors.

Seconding what Calla said..... get involved in some of the discussions on the message boards.  This gives people a chance to learn a bit more about you and people who are interested in what you have said are then more likely to have a read of your profile.

Enjoy your time here on the message boards.

A bit more personal info (ie non-BDSM hobbies and likes) couldn't hurt. And a better picture. Your face was pretty blurry, I don't know if that's the affect you were going for or not but if it wasn't then it helps that people can see your face and a nice smile on it.

Sometimes even journal enteries help to, help get into your psyche a bit? Who knows. Colors help too! But that's just a lil minor thing that helps things look purdy and stand out.

Don't just sit around waiting for Ladies to find you.  Just like in the real world, you have to get out there and make those first moves.

Another thread listed that the numbers (on the internet at least) are stacked against you.  The largest group are the male subs, then male Doms.  So, there are always more men out there looking for women and there aren't enough women to go around.  There are also more female subs than Dommes.  So, you have the largest group m/s vying for the attention of the smallest group, F/D.  Yet another good reason for FemDoms to keep 'packs'.

If you sit back and wait for the women to come flocking to your profile, you're going to be pretty lonely.

Definitely truth.

But ain't it:
- first Doms (largest group)
- then male subs
- then female subs
- and Dommes in the end? (smallest group)

*p.s.*
Be there suggestions for me, i'm all ears. :)

Thank you for the correction.  I obviously misquoted and was to lazy to go look it up.

I just remember that there are way more men on the net of all 'orientations' than women because I had commented on the other thread that I still find it odd that there aren't more women on the internet in general.... not just on 'dating' or BDSM sites... but also on other assorted forums.  I've noticed it on all sorts of gaming and 'vanilla' interest sites.  But then, I'm not much of a girly girl and don't frequent Fashion or Cooking sites that might be more Female friendly.
