Nice website design and overall look, but there is no contact information available to customers, only a blank online form. It's always good to add a mailing address and a phone number somewhere on the site where its easy for customers to find. It saves customers who have an issue and would like to resolve it with human interaction from looking up the domain name registration info to figure out who to get in contact with.

So, personally, I wouldn't feel comfortable ordering from them unless they added more contact info. To me that speaks to their level of professionalism.
