puppen sweetie.....I've been sewing since the 70's, and came from a long line of sewers and seamstresses....trust me and the others here who are advising you.....trying to sew thin, stretchy fabric on a regular sewing machine is going to be a total nightmare for you. Even with the special needles, I couldn't get it to work the one time I tried...and I've sewed bridesmaid dresses, men's suits (well, one...never do that again), children's costumes, etc. etc. What you might try is sewing it all by hand with small stitches....which will be a royal pain in the ass and take forever....but spandex on a machine is just not going to be easy, to put it mildly.
