slavelary - Thank you for your reply. Good on you for making do with what you can I admire that, would a flip book be helpful in helping to remember things?

SassySarijane - Oooooo meeting and greeting famous writers now ehh? Moving up in the world I see!

MaamJay - I read everything you wrote with a keen eye, and thank you for a honest reply that was filled with ideas, and encouraging thoughts.  I must admit your nephew sounds like a fantastic lad! Indeed your correct my sense of touch is rather strong, and I do enjoy thunderstorms as the static in the air tingles against me, and I have a habit of grinning when that happens. Unexplainable sensation.
The journal sounds like a brillant idea! I am capable of speaking, as I'm rather stubborn and taught myself to speak.
I'm sure the adventure of exploring and creating my own little non verbal communication system will be fantastic, I'm getting ideas now in how I can incoraprate normal sign into something more subtle.

Heh you hit on a key point, I'm very observent. I've had dirty look's from some of my friends boyfriends because I've noticed if they have done their hair, or got new shoes/dress etc as an example heh

Again thanks to everyone who has posted, you've given me lots of ideas and food for thought!

WoS xxx (for the ones who want em) ;)

Hey WoS,

There are no disabilities, there are only challenges. There are an awful lot of people who CAN hear who DON'T.
I'd be happy to chat with you anytime you please. And if you could make me look as content as that little fuzzball on your arm, well...

ss.

Oh, and SailingBum is a total dick, but "that's just me."
