I see this name mentioned a lot in this forum and thought you may enjoy looking at his voting record in the senate.  It is kind of sad that he would be willing to give tax payer money to developing military power, but yet not give us a raise.  Be sure to check out his energy voting record.  This is part of the reason we are in crisis as we speak.
