ORIGINAL: LadyEllen I'd say that unless Mr Begala is a qualified professional able to make a diagnosis purely from observation of the subject, then he ought not to describe Bush as a moron. Equally, unless Mr Begala can demonstrate strong evidence that Bush is performing some function, (whatever that might be), then it is dangerous for Mr Begala to describe him as functioning. But, given the last seven years - those first few months were so innocuous on reflection - and the negligence, acts and omissions, not to mention announcements, viewpoints and stances on the part of Bush across a wide range of policy areas, it might well be that Mr Begala is accurate in his assumption that Bush is high, and has been for quite some time. E Democrats like Mr. Begala love to use words like moron, idiot, stupid, total failure, insane, senile, and on and on. And than they put on those cute faces that mothers love to see on their children and go on TV and say "we have to work together in a non-partisan way", mocking the intelligence of everyone listening. It IS time for a change, on both sides of the aisle. People who put their political ambitions, their political parties first should be turned out of office. Unfortunately, Senators and members of Congress have been on the lobby dole, that's not going to happen and special interest groups will continue to dominate our legislative branch. We are going to see a major down move in the market this morning which will shake the countries confidence. It's not just Wall Street, however, that will feel the pain. Every working slob in this country is going to see it quickly as banks get into difficulty, money becomes impossible to borrow, and the "fat lady sings".
