Sure, experience means a lot, but we all don't start out with the same blank page.

Yeah yours was a blank page of blue paper and mine was a blank page of pink? Ha! Sorry, couldn't help it.

The thing is that I don't believe that we started off with a blank page, slate whatever you call it. I do believe that we are predisposed at birth and that the moment we enter this world we start receiving signals that either reinforce or breakdown what we are. There is no way we can pinpoint anything in our life and say with absolute certainty "I'm this way because of that incident" because perhaps that incident would have not had the impact it had on you if you were less sensitive, more extroverted, more pragmatic, etc.

I will agree with my good friend afmvdp adding my corrections in red "The hu[m]an is master of her or his own fate" but since we aren't all born on a level playing field, we don't all have the same abilities when it comes to Mastery.

oh kay...i am trying hard to understand something that seems to me,,personally, to be "a given".
is this just a class in philosophy or did i miss something important?

everything you just posted seems to be, something, that should be, just, naturally understood by all. i am so confused, thinking, maybe, you are trying to say something, and i missed it.

can you, would you, will you, please, for me, explain further, what you are trying to say?

thanks
and happy holidays

Charlotte finds Chance is a big decision point as well.
If I had not met my great uunderstanding kinky wife (of more than 30 years) I could easily gone down the path of being a Gay Transsexual looking for a male husband. Not that I'm comlaining in the least, I'm very glad we found each other and have had these 30+ good years together
