The problem isn't that you're a slut, it's that you're doing it for the wrong reasons. Once you become secure in who you are and stable within, you'll be able to have as much or as little sex as you like without problems because you'll be doing it for the right reasons and make the right choices from that place.
As long as you keep seeking sex as validation and as an escape from fear, you'll keep getting into the wrong situations.
