Ok no i am not a female and no i do not "play " with males , yet i will share this anyway .Yes i have done this , it happened when i was giving a fire cupping and blood cupping class , there was a male who wanted to experience fire cups on his chest , he was the first to volunteer .I had heard that it was plausible yet not seen it first hand , after i applied the cups i went on speaking and let them alone for a period of time so he could feel and have some marks .Time passed and the one placed on the nipple was secreating fluid , though not milk .
