I have a commission for a novel that I haven't started yet and thought I'd put the pressure on to start and finish it in November. This is my 3rd, and I've finished novels both of the past 2 years. Anyone else taking the plunge? CFB

NaNoWriMo, I am doing it. I have absolutely NO idea what My topic will be, but this is the year to complete it! I will be glued to my keyboard for the duration. ~MM

It's a cool idea, but I can never afford the time during the academic year. I know others on a writing discussion board who have done it.

Good luck with it - it's intense. Every year I want to do it, but then something always comes up. The one year I signed up, the process helped unblock me, which was fantastic, even if i didn't finish the commitment.

I am going to try and cram one in, but November is a bussssyyyy month class wise. I guess it helps I don't sleep much.
