G.E. is also a major R&D company, involved in exotic materials (superconductors) electromagnetics (Mag Lel trains and such) and had a big hand in creating components for the LHC. Like most multi-nationals, G.E. pretty much has it's tentacles in everything. Including being a defense contractor, a manufacturer of traditional and alternative energy devices.

But Bipolar what happened to the character assasination of Mr Buffet

(So nice that a man like him, starting out with only a few billion in his pocket, can become a success in America... it's a regular Horatio Algier story!)

when in fact it's a lie, again your premises are showing to be falsehoods easily disproved? Even the most coursory review of the facts about Warren Buffet shows that he started of middle class and is pretty much self made and started with little money to his name.

"tentacles"? why the need for pejorative language? Do you think of GE as some evil entity?

I sense that success of GE disturbs you in some way. Am I reading this correctly?
