I am incredibly turned on by a woman in a pink wig, or purple or blue or any unnatural colour, this intrigues me. Is it the artifice involved, or was it watching too much sci fi? Zev the love slave from Lexx ,or the moonbase girls from UFO all drive me crazy. I can't be the only one!

I'm afraid I can't quite relate to that one. But I've seen people turned on by things so much stranger than wigs that this seems fairly normal. Different! But normal.

I love oddly colored hair, although i prefer dye to wigs. Never been a big sci-fi fan, I just like the unusual and the altered.

I really dig elaborate fetish fantasy costumes (part of why I make what I make), and wigs or hair extensions are certainly a part of that. They're not always needed, but in general , like any accessories, they give a nice finishing touch to an outfit. Wigs have the added advantage that you can style and decorate them without needing to spend hours working on a live persons head, so you can ge the hair where you want it well before party time and don't have to deal with the stress of spending several extra hours messing about with hair.
