I use the new options to narrow down the search category so that when I log in I get about 25 results of people who potentially might be what I seek. That is, I've set the search parameters to only submissive women, willing to relocate, who are seeking dominant males. But, if I see someone here in the forums or meet someone in the chatrooms who falls outside that and seems interesting enough I take those on a case by case basis. Just last night I got a very well written letter from a switch who impressed me and I'm looking forward to getting to know her. The search functions are nice, but you still have to get to know the individual. People who put everything, yes that seems desperate to me. I've seen a couple of profiles of submissive women who in their profile claim to seek a dom, but their interest include every possible option (including submissive men, women, etc.). To be honest, not only does that seem desperate, I question whether the person presented is even real. I'd say you are more likely to increase your chances by being specific and clear about what you seek. But then I also look for quality over quantity.
